Welcome To August! It is Thursday August 27th 2009 and you might be wondering why I am updating on Thursdays... Well I am teaching a web design class at Monroe County Vo-Tech and this is the opportunity I have to do some updating. The picture to the left is our school, and I am enjoying teaching the class and they are making lots of progress. |

Here I am on the couch lounging with my niece Leslie. We are buds but I used to me a lot more pillow like to lay on at 403 than I am in this picture at 230. I feel like I am stuck here since I have not lost much over the summer. I think I might be building some muscle. I am told that muscle is heaver in mass than fat is. | |
